Kyle is licensed Athletic Trainer in the state of Massachusetts as well as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. He attended the University of New England for his Bachelor’s degree as well as clinical rotations. Kyle is an injury prevention and rehabilitation specialist who has worked in High School, Division III collegiate, and Professional sports medicine and strength and conditioning settings. He spent his senior year interning with the Maine Red Claws, the NBA Developmental League affiliate to the Boston Celtics where he learned from elite performance coaches and physicians. He is a Franklin High school alumni where he played both Football and Lacrosse for the Panthers. Kyle has experience with athletes of all ages and sports, and focuses on functional strength in order to maximize performance at any level. He can tailor training programs that range from post injury rehab to power, strength, and speed for the experienced athlete and everything between.

Paul Polomski always had a passion for athletics and performance training. At Franklin High School, Paul played football, track and field and baseball. His love for the game of football brought him to Bryant University where he became a 4-year starter for the Bulldog’s football team at Outside Linebacker. He successfully helped his team win 2 Division II Conference titles and transition into Division I for his junior and senior year. In 2009 he was named Captain and became one of Bryant’s all-time leading tacklers. Paul graduated in 2010 from Bryant University with a degree in Finance. After college, Paul was invited to attend an NFL Combine at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis and competed with some of the best in the country in front of NFL scouts.
Paul continues his own performance training and competes whenever possible. His philosophy for training begins with hard work and taking weaknesses and turning them into strengths. He believes in maximizing strength, conditioning, mobility, and recovery to ensure each of his clients reaches their full potential.
