Group Exercise Program Director

Over 30 years experience in the fitness world.

Certified AFAA, AAAI/ISMA Personal Trainer, certified Mad Dogg Spin, Pilates, Weight Training and TRX. Teaches a variety of classes from Barre to Spin to TRX. Spearheads the annual Best Buddies Spin- A – Thon and helps organize many charity events. Loves to Kayak, Hike, and Bike. A vegetarian who believes that cross training strengthens the body and the mind.

Head Coach CrossFit Franklin

Over 14 years experience in the fitness world.

Certified AFAA, NASM, Level 1 & Level 2 Certified CrossFit Coach, Weightlifing, MMA Specialist, Women’s FIT Boxing Coach.  Teaches Crosstep and Kettlebells. Spearheads many Crossfit charity events, participated in the Boston Marathon, Tough Mudder, Spartan Races, as well as many other events. Passionate about family, CrossFit, running, and my friends.  Words to live by: Can’t is not an option, commitment-integrity-courage-love with all your heart. 

Gabriella D’Agostino 

A certified AAAI/ISMA group exercise instructor and Mad Dogg Athletics Spinning® instructor with a passion for testing limits and breaking barriers. Teaches strength and spin classes. Loves to travel and has cliff jumped everywhere from Positano to Lake Placido! Believes that exercise is the cheapest form of therapy!

Maria D’Agostino

A certified AFAA group instructor, NASM personal trainer, and Spin certified by Mad Dogg Athletics. Has multiple certifications and a focus on working with children and the senior population. Participates in the Best Buddies Spin-A-Thon, the 26 mile Jimmy Fund walk, and many other charitable events. Believes in cross training and helping people leave worries outside the gym door. Passion lies with gardening, healthy cooking and family.

Linda Fitzgerald 

Over 20 years in the Health and Fitness Industry. Certified through AFAA and AAAI/ISMA, a certified Spinning instructor since 1995 w/MadDogg Athletics. Also a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 200) through Yoga Alliance

Avid Road cyclist and lover of all things pertaining to yoga! Rides Best Buddies Hyannisport, Mount Washington as well as other cycle events. 

Eileen Gianfrancesco

A 200 hour Yoga certified instructor and NASM certified personal trainer.  Has been a fitness professional for over 20 years.  Passionate about any type of yoga and all water sports. Always practicing yoga and finds her peace on Cape Cod!

Karin Giuliano

Certified AFAA Group Fitness Instructor and currently holds additional certifications as a licensed Zumba® and Zumba Gold®, Zumba Toning ® , Zumba Step ® and TRX® Personal Trainer Certification.  Loves skiing, hiking, anything outdoors!  Coached girl’s softball and has played Volleyball at the collegiate level. Thrives on a passion for health, fitness, and overall well-being.

Megan McCarthy

Certified AFAA Group Fitness Instructor and Registered Dietitian graduating from Georgia Southern. Possessing a wealth of knowledge regarding nutrition for anyone with any goal.   Utilizes a personal training background to teaching anything from Spinning to weight lifting. Spare time fun includes running marathons, Bone Frog Challenges and Tough Mudders! Also an avid CrossFitter and competitive tennis player.

Sarah Polomski

Certified AAFA group exercise instructor & AAAI/ISMA certified Personal Trainer. Pilates, Cycle, and Zumba certified. Has experienced in and teaches a variety of classes. Coaches the Women’s Boot Camp classes and cycles for Best Buddies Hyannisport. An extreme Sports enthusiast, has bungee jumped in New Zealand and jumped over Cape Cod. A champion of working hard and playing harder! 

Amy Winkler

Certified AAAI/ISMA Group Exercise and Cycle, NASM certified personal trainer, and L-1 Crossfit certified. Teaches a variety of classes from Circuit to Kettlebell, to Spinning. An avid crossfit enthusiast and loves to run! Loves to participate in Spartan races and Tough Mudders , has run marathons and competed in triathalons. Passion lies within overall fitness and wellness.

Registered yoga teacher, 200hr RYT with the Yoga Alliance.  Teaches an all-levels asana practice incorporating conscious breath work, creative sequencing and fun music.  Encourages students to recognize the power within themselves and to practice yoga with an open heart and without expectation. Happy places are being by the ocean, rocking out to great music, hiking, camping, and yoga of course 🙂
