Lee has been involved in fitness and martial arts for over 20 years. He has competed in both rock climbing and fighting arts on a professional level. He became a certified personal trainer through ACE to enhance his own level of understanding of how to improve all areas of health and fitness. Known for his overall intensity and enthusiasm, Lee loves to shape his knowledge with anyone who is interested.

Lee's credentials include certifications from the C.H.E.K. Institute, American Council on Exercise and Nautilus. As well as holding a black belt in Shaocin Kempo. Lee was also granted permission to teach yang style Tai Chi here in the USA by grand Master Dong Zengchen and Master Peter Deblasio.

Karen has been in love with fitness since the beginning of time! She has been competing in the industry for the past 3 years, making top five in many of her shows. In 2007 she placed 1st in sports model, figure and bikini rounds making her the 2007 Colonial Cup Overall Champion. Her experience with competing has helped her stay on her toes. It also makes her very knowledgeable in terms of what it takes!

Karen has a background in design making her very creative on the gym floor. She is passionate about clean, wholesome food & Living a salubrious lifestyle.

Judith has been physically active her whole life. She used to be a swimmer for a local Team while living in Switzerland and has to participated in national competitions. She is an active runner, cyclist and tennis player. In 2002, Judith got into Body Pump by Les Mills as a participant and fell in love with the program.

Her passion for the fitness industry continues to grow and in 2006, she went to her first training in Switzerland and became a Les Mills certified group fitness instructor. Today, she is certified by Les Mills in both Body Pump and Body Combat, and she holds an ACE certification in personal training.

Judith has committed to being healthy and leading a healthy lifestyle in every aspect and wants to raise awareness about in importance of self-control.


Dan has been passionate about health and fitness throughout his whole life. He is a graduate of the National Personal Training Institute, and holds certifications in personal training, nutrition and CPR. Dan specializes in integrated training regimens that provide structure and guidance. His approach to personal fitness helps his clients establish realistic goals by customizing workouts to best suit their stage in life and fitness level. Dan stresses nutrition and applies his knowledge to his clients as part of a healthy, balanced lifestyle.

While Dan has a wide knowledge of specialized cardio and strength equipment, his expertise is with free weights. He has had true results with all clients incorporating free weights into their routines no matter what their age, gender or fitness level.


Maria Exercise has been a part of Maria's life for a long time and she loves it. She is certified by the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America. She is also infant, child and adult CPR/AED trained by the American Heart Association. She is always furthering her education through workshops/certifications in: injury prevention, fitness for women, prenatal fitness, exercise after hip and knee replacement, and training the core for a strong healthy back. Whatever your goal may be, she would love the opportunity to assist you. Maria keeps her clients motivated by giving them a different experience every workout. She will give you encouragement throughout your workout and she would love to share her knowledge of fitness with you!


Mary has been a competitive athlete since grade school with a lifelong love of healthy living. Grade school introduced her to soccer, softball, basketball, track, and volleyball. While attending Brockton High School (Div. I) she played varsity volleyball, JV and Varsity basketball beginning her sport career training with some of the best coaches. For the last 20 years Mary’s primary focus has been functional strength training supported by a lifestyle of healthy nutrition choices. Mary believes that the key to a long and active life is based on a foundation of a sound mind and body. Society has constant demands that need the balance of focused physical training to relieve daily pressures. Individuals need customized programs to enhance their capabilities in all facets of their life. Maximizing potential physically; will capitalize strengths in mind, body, and spirit.

  • 10 + years coaching FYSA soccer – multiple levels of ability with level C license.
  • Liberal Arts Degree-currently studying sports nutrition.
  • Certified NESTA personal trainer since 2005.
  • Training various functional strength programs for elite athletes as well as clients with fibromyalgia, diabetes, arthritis, and cardiovascular concerns.
  • Competitive Olympic Lifter for last 8 years.
  • Studied and participated in Strongman Training for 4 years.
