Bootcamp is a fun, challenging, and non competitive class for all levels which runs on Wednesday Nights at 7:00PM-8:00PM.  It is a creative class that is cardio based that incorporates strength training as well.  You can never predict what the class will be because it is always different!  You will get a great sweat on while playing with all sorts of equipment outside of the gym and inside on rainy days!
